What’s good for your body is good for your brain. These letters look at how exercise, a little breathlessness, strength training and time outdoors support memory and focus, and what “super agers” and research on walking and thinking at the same time can teach us.

Many include brain-body exercises you can try right away, like pairing movement with music, counting backward or naming things as you move, along with how sleep, stress, hydration and food play a part.
