Oat granola with almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia and egg whites, no protein powder needed. Spoon it over Greek yogurt for 25 to 30 grams of protein.
- About 4 1/2 cups granola
- Prep 10 min
- Cook 30 min
- Ready in 40 min
- About 28 g protein

For an easy high-protein breakfast or snack, top one cup of plain Greek yogurt with about 1/3 cup of homemade granola. You'll get roughly 25 to 30 grams of protein, along with nuts, seeds and whole grains, with only a small amount of added sugar.
The protein comes from the yogurt, nuts, seeds and egg whites, so there's no protein powder needed. If you'd like a version made with protein powder, try this easy protein-packed granola.
