Yes. Online training is available anywhere in the United States. You get a personalized Body • Brain • Balance program in the TogetherWON app, on your own or with support from a trainer.
Both give you the same personalized program in the app. Independent is for following it on your own. Trainer-Supported adds two 25-minute one-on-one trainer sessions each month, guidance with your program, adjustments as you progress, and wellness education.
Both use the same TogetherWON approach. With in-person personal training, a trainer works with you in your home in the Colorado Springs area. With online training, you follow your personalized program from anywhere and choose whether a trainer is involved.
About in-person personal trainingThat’s very common, and it’s fine. The app is designed for older adults, with large text and simple navigation, and we walk you through it. Many clients have a family member help with setup the first time.
Your first session is free: a one-hour consultation and movement assessment where we learn your goals and build a plan that fits your life.
