Gleneagle homes have a Colorado Springs mailing address and share TogetherWON’s 80921 ZIP code, so we’re close by. We bring strength, balance and brain training to your home, starting with a free 1-hour consultation.
Kristen is a certified Parkinson’s Disease Specialist and Brain Health Trainer, so this is also a good place to start if you’re living with Parkinson’s or want to look after your memory.

Each session pairs strength and balance with brain-body drills, like counting backward by 3s while you stand up from a chair.
Friends make exercise easier to stick with. Invite neighbors from your street or villa community to form a private small group of 2 to 6.2
In a classic study, adults in their 90s nearly tripled their leg strength after 8 weeks of strength training. Muscle keeps responding to training late in life, so there’s no wrong age to begin.1
Because we’re so close, every TogetherWON program is easy to set up in Gleneagle.
At home
Weekday sessions in your home, including townhomes and patio homes. A chair, a wall and a little floor space is plenty.
With friends
Train with 2 to 6 friends or neighbors for the personal attention of a trainer and the fun of a group.
Brain health
Music, visual cues and simple one-step instructions help clients with Parkinson’s-type symptoms keep moving with more ease.
Studio
Prefer a change of scene? Sessions at Kristen’s home studio are available too.
Here’s what the first few weeks usually look like.
In week 1
An hour together at your place to hear your story and see how you move today.
In weeks 1–2
We map out your sessions, one-on-one or with friends, and add a short routine for the days you’re on your own.
In weeks 2–4
Your trainer leads each visit and reviews the reps you log in the TogetherWON app.
About a month in
We review how things are going together and move your program forward as you get stronger.
Here are the Gleneagle neighborhoods we visit, along with a few close by.
Not listed? If your home is between north Colorado Springs and Monument, give us a call and we’ll set up a visit.
Give us a ring at (719) 286-9450, or write to us through the website. Since we share a ZIP code, a first visit is easy to fit in.
At your kitchen table and in your living room, we cover what you want from training and try a few quick movement tests.
Choose one-on-one sessions or a small group with friends, with brain-body work built into both.
Regular visits from your trainer, with workouts to log on your own days, updated as you progress.
Gleneagle clients pick a plan by how often they want to see their trainer: once a month ($198), once a week ($448) or twice a week ($720). Every plan is month to month and includes daily app workouts between sessions.
“I am happy that this program addresses my individual problems.”

Training across Colorado SpringsYes. Townhomes and patio homes work well. A sturdy chair, a clear wall and a kitchen counter cover most of what we need.
If you have stairs, we use them for step-ups and stair practice. If you share a wall with neighbors, we skip jumping and other noisy moves and get the same work done more quietly.
