Which plan is right for me?
Choose Guided ($198 a month) if you already like to exercise and mainly want a plan, a monthly check-in and someone keeping you accountable. Your trainer sets your program in the app, you do the daily workouts, and you meet once a month to test, adjust and progress. It also works well with online personal training if you live outside our area.
Choose Consistent ($448 a month) if you want to get stronger and steadier week by week. A weekly session with your trainer means your form is checked often and your exercises keep moving forward. It's a good fit for in-home personal training and balance and fall prevention.
Choose Intensive ($720 a month) if you want the most hands-on support: for example after physical therapy ends, while preparing for a knee or hip replacement, when you're living with Parkinson's, or when you're training for a big goal. Two sessions a week give you the most time with your trainer.
What about small group training and the home care partnership?
The plans above are for one-on-one training. For small group training (2 to 6 people), the price depends on the group, so we go over it at your free consultation. Our home care partnership uses the same plans as one-on-one training, and caregivers and workout partners can join a client's app for free on any plan.
For families
Paying for a parent’s training, or sharing the cost with siblings? Plans are month to month with no contract, and you’re welcome to book the free consultation on your parent’s behalf and be there for it. If your parent has long-term care insurance, ask us whether their policy might help cover training.

Pricing questions
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month, so there’s no long-term contract. You can change plans as your goals change.
Does online training cost the same as in-home training?
Yes. The plans cost the same whether your sessions are in your home, at our north Colorado Springs studio or live online over Zoom. Many clients mix them, for example training online while they travel.
When does the travel fee apply?
Only for in-home sessions where the trip is more than 30 miles round trip. Those sessions cost an extra $5 each. There’s no travel fee for studio or online sessions.
Can my spouse or caregiver use the app too?
Yes. Caregivers and workout partners can join the app for free, so you can do your daily workouts together and they can follow your progress.
Learn about the home care partnershipWhat is the start-up session on the Guided plan?
It’s an optional second session in your first month, for $90. Guided includes one session a month, so the extra visit gives you more time with your trainer to learn your routine before you work on your own.
Does Medicare cover personal training?
No. Original Medicare (Parts A and B) doesn’t cover personal training, gym memberships or fitness programs, and it doesn’t pay for long-term care either. Some Medicare Advantage plans include a fitness benefit, usually a gym membership, so it’s worth asking your plan.
Long-term care insurance is a different story. Many long-term care policies pay for care at home through a home care agency, and through our partnership with Amada Senior Care, TogetherWON training can be part of the long-term care some of those plans cover. Whether yours qualifies depends on your policy, so ask us at your free consultation.
About our partnership with AmadaCan I use my HSA or FSA to pay for training?
It can, depending on your plan. The IRS doesn’t count exercise for general health as a medical expense, but it does count treatment for a specific condition a doctor has diagnosed, such as obesity, high blood pressure or heart disease.
So training can qualify for HSA or FSA reimbursement when your doctor recommends it to treat a diagnosed condition. Most plans ask for a letter of medical necessity from your doctor, so check with your plan administrator before you start.
Do I pay for the first consultation?
No. Your first one-hour consultation and movement assessment is free. We learn your goals, check your strength and balance, and recommend a plan. You decide afterward, with no obligation.
