What happens during the free consultation?
Your free consultation is a one-hour meeting and movement assessment. We talk about your goals and health history, check your strength, movement and balance, and design a plan that fits your lifestyle. There's no obligation to sign up.
Where does the consultation take place?
If you live in the Colorado Springs, Monument or Tri-Lakes area, we can come to your home or meet you at our studio in north Colorado Springs. If you live elsewhere, we meet over Zoom.
How quickly will I hear back?

Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No referral is needed. If you're recovering from surgery or managing a health condition, it helps to let us know about any guidance from your doctor or physical therapist so we can build your plan around it.
What should I wear to my first session?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and supportive, closed-toe shoes. Have a glass of water nearby, and any glasses or hearing aids you normally use.
