In-home senior training with your professional caregiver
Stronger today, more freedom tomorrow. A TogetherWON trainer visits your home in Colorado Springs or Monument to lead your sessions, and your professional caregiver learns to do your daily workouts with you in between.
Our home care partnership is a collaborative program designed to help older adults stay strong, steady, and independent. We partner with premier in-home care providers dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the people they serve.

The problem
Loss of strength, balance, and cognitive sharpness can make everyday tasks riskier, and independence harder to maintain. Generic workouts aren’t built for your history, your brain, your joints, or your goals.
Falls are common
About 1 in 4 adults over 65 experience a fall each year.1
Bone strength
Regular exercise helps protect bones, lowering the risk of serious fractures by around 30%.2
Balance training is powerful
Combined with strength training, it can cut the number of falls by about a third.3
Cognitive training matters too
Exercise that adds brain challenges improves thinking skills more than exercise alone.4
Your guide
We are professional trainers who specialize in older adults. We design personal in-home workout plans that train the body, balance, and brain, helping clients stay strong, steady, and mentally sharp. With our home care partnership, professional caregivers become supportive workout partners so progress continues daily.

Frequently asked questions
Who is the home care partnership for?
Adults over 60 who already have a professional caregiver at home and want to stay independent, lower their fall risk, and stay active with strength, balance and brain-body training.
Do you coordinate with caregivers?
Yes. We intentionally involve professional caregivers so daily exercises continue smoothly between trainer visits. Caregivers also receive access to the TogetherWON app and basic training to help clients succeed.
What equipment do I need?
You don’t need a home gym. Your trainer builds your program around your space and any equipment you already have.
Where do you serve?
We currently serve clients in Colorado Springs and Monument.
How do I find out if my in-home care provider participates?
Our current partner is Amada Senior Care. If you use a different provider, contact us and we’ll check whether we can work with them.
