Group Training for Senior Living Communities
Stronger Bodies. Sharper Minds. Better Balance. Stronger Communities.
TogetherWON brings engaging, professionally led group training directly to assisted living and memory care communities in Colorado Springs, Monument and the Tri-Lakes area.

Our classes are designed specifically for older adults and go beyond traditional senior fitness. Every session incorporates our 3 B's approach—Body, Brain, and Balance—while creating an experience residents can enjoy together.
The result is programming that supports physical and cognitive health while also helping build connection and community.
More Than a Fitness Class
TogetherWON classes are designed to help residents maintain the strength, mobility, balance, and cognitive skills they use in everyday life.
Classes may include:
- Functional strength training
- Balance and fall-risk reduction exercises
- Mobility and flexibility
- Brain-body activities that combine movement with cognitive challenges
- Coordination and reaction activities
- Exercises adapted for different physical and cognitive abilities
Participants can work at the level that is right for them, whether they exercise seated, standing with support, or independently.

Movement That Brings People Together
Group training isn't only about exercise. It gives residents an opportunity to move, laugh, interact, encourage one another, and be part of something together.
We want residents to leave class feeling like they accomplished something—and looking forward to coming back.
That shared experience can make movement more enjoyable while adding another meaningful opportunity for connection within the community.
Quality Programming You Can Feel Good About
Activity directors already have a lot on their plates. TogetherWON provides professionally planned and led programming, so your team can feel confident that residents are receiving an activity with real purpose behind it.
Our trainers specialize in working with older adults and understand the varying needs found in assisted living and memory care settings.
We take care of the programming and instruction so your team can focus on everything else involved in creating a great experience for your residents.
Helping Residents Keep Doing What Matters
Our goal isn't simply to keep people busy or get them moving for 50 minutes. We want to help residents maintain the abilities that allow them to participate more fully in daily life.
Strength can make it easier to stand from a chair. Better balance can increase confidence while walking. Mobility can make everyday movement easier. Brain-body activities add cognitive challenge while residents move.
Everything comes back to helping older adults stay strong, capable, engaged, and connected.
