Where does the consultation take place?
If you live in Colorado Springs, Monument or the Tri-Lakes area, we come to your home. If you live elsewhere, we meet by video call.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No referral is needed. If you're recovering from surgery or managing a health condition, it helps to let us know about any guidance from your doctor or physical therapist so we can build your plan around it.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and supportive, closed-toe shoes. Have a glass of water nearby, and any glasses or hearing aids you normally use.
