Round oat energy bites studded with dried berries on a white plate

These bites deliver brain-boosting benefits! They rely on the natural sweetness of blueberries and just a touch of honey (or none at all, if you prefer).

Why It Works

  • Walnuts and flaxseed = omega-3s for brain health.
  • Blueberries = antioxidants that protect memory and focus.
  • Banana option = natural binder, fiber, potassium, and gentle sweetness.
