Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine the shredded coconut, almond butter, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until fully combined.
  2. Shape into bites: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll into small balls. Place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Chill: Refrigerate or freeze for 30 minutes until firm.
  4. Store: Keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for longer storage.
