High-Protein Chicken Ranch Wrap

A lot of my clients ask for simple ways to add more protein to their meals without spending a lot of time in the kitchen.
This chicken ranch wrap is one easy option. It combines chicken and Greek yogurt with a high-protein tortilla to create a quick lunch or light dinner with approximately 40 grams of protein!
You can prepare the filling ahead of time, customize the vegetables, and have the entire meal ready in about 10 minutes.

Depending on the tortilla and chicken used:
- Protein: 40–45 grams
- Carbohydrates: 12–18 grams
- Calories: 350–400
Easy Variation
For a buffalo chicken wrap, replace the ranch seasoning with 1–2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce and add a little crumbled blue cheese. You can also substitute canned tuna or chopped turkey for the chicken.

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese and black pepper.
- Warm the tortillas for about 10 seconds so they are easier to fold.
- Divide the chicken mixture between the tortillas.
- Add the cucumber, tomato and lettuce.
- Fold in the sides, roll tightly, and slice in half.
