In honor of Brenda, here's a simple chicken salad with fresh greens — a meal she enjoys and has often made even more special by adding greens picked fresh from her garden or patio pots.

Simple Serving Idea

For a fresh summer plate, serve a scoop of chicken salad over garden greens with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and a little extra cracked pepper on top.
