Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Form into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until fully cooked (internal temp of 165°F).
- Serve with marinara sauce, zucchini noodles, or over a salad for a low-carb option.
