It sounds a little unusual, but the combination of savory chicken, warm blueberries, balsamic, walnuts, and herbs works very well. It also naturally includes several foods highlighted in Mediterranean-style eating patterns.

Instructions
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes per side depending on thickness. Remove and keep warm.
- Add the blueberries to the same skillet and cook for about 2 minutes, until they begin to soften and release some juice.
- Stir in the walnuts, balsamic vinegar and honey. Cook another 1–2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the fresh herbs.
- Spoon the warm blueberry mixture over the chicken and sprinkle with feta if desired.
