Instructions
- Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Add cabbage and carrots. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender but still has a little crunch.
- Stir in coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Cook for another 1–2 minutes.
- Top with sliced green onions and serve.
