Instructions
- Bring broth to a gentle boil in a pot.
- Add chicken and simmer 12–15 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to the pot.

- Turn off heat and stir in lemon juice and olive oil. Season to taste.
