Delete your TogetherWON account

How to delete your account in the TogetherWON app, by Together Won LLC, and what happens to your data.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription you bought through Google Play or the App Store. It keeps billing until you cancel it there:

  • Android: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
  • iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

In the app, Profile › Manage or cancel your subscription takes you to the same place.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open TogetherWON and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Delete account, at the bottom.
  3. Tap Delete my account. If the app asks you to confirm it’s you with Apple or Google, do that first: deleting can’t be undone.

Ask us by email

If you can’t use the app, email info@togetherwon.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll check that the account is yours, delete it, and reply when it’s done, within 45 days.

What we delete

  • Your account, your name and profile photo, and every way you sign in: Apple or Google, email addresses and phone numbers.
  • Your self-assessment answers, your program, your workout history and your evaluations.
  • Your messages with your trainer, including video clips. They’re deleted for your trainer too.
  • Your questions to Help.
  • The notification details for your phones.
  • Our record of your subscription, and your customer record at RevenueCat, which handles purchases for us.

If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to remove TogetherWON’s access to your Apple ID.

What’s kept

  • Store purchases: Google Play and Apple keep their own records of what you bought, under their own privacy policies. We can’t delete those.
  • Account records: as section 6 of our Privacy Policy says, we keep your email address and name for six (6) months after your account ends, for record-keeping and legal defense, and then delete or anonymize them.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

In the app, you can delete messages you sent, remove your profile photo, and remove a way you sign in under Profile. To have anything else deleted, email info@togetherwon.com.
