How It Works

1. Start with a Free 1-on-1 Session

We’ll assess your current fitness level, listen to your goals, and identify if our small groups are a good fit.

2. Training Plan

Get a free equipment package and app-based workout plan for guidance and accountability on the days you train at home.

3. Attend Your Class

Join your small group class each week for a fun, interactive workout focused on building strength, agility, and balance- with a bit of brain challenge mixed in! (Comprehensive training plan and group classes for only $131/month)
